When consulting firm capSpire was (once again) named to Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces list, New Path partnered with them to create a splash with a campaign centered around the announcement -- and the unique work experiences employees have had during the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent "stay home" shutdown. It's an interesting time to announce a national workplace award, while collectively working away from the physical workplace, but we aimed to show that the company's strength remains in its resilient employees.

Social Media Takeover.

capSpire's team has transitioned to a dedicated virtual workforce.

Employees were working at home as capSpire was named a national Best Workplace. To recognize this unique experience, capSpire launched an employee-driven Instagram takeover that showcased employees' experiences, tricks of the trade, and sanity savers while working remotely.
